We finally went for a family member's birthday breakfast and from the moment we called to make a reservation to the moment we left, the team was fantastic. They were accommodating in taking our reservation and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. They also thoughtfully placed our table, knowing we had children with us, to ensure we had plenty of space. The restaurant is cozy with a view into the kitchen, which I always appreciate as it shows they take pride in their cooking. The food was delicious and despite being a large group of 9, they managed to serve everything warm and at the same time. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you.

The staff seemed more interested in polish... read more This restaurant has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. My second visit was just as bad as the first. The staff seemed more interested in polishing bottles than serving the customers. We had to wait over half an hour just to be acknowledged, only to be told they were out of coke, diet coke, and pizza. We ended up giving up and going home.

Th... read more We used the air bNb at Checketts, Beth was absolutely fantastic and the apartment was a real home from home, so clean, tidy and very welcoming. Dog friendly. The restaurant downstairs was just amazing we love it here and will be booking again for next Christmas. Thank you Beth and the team.

I hadn't been to Checketts since it was a Deli... read more I met a friend for breakfast today at Checketts, a restaurant recommended by my friend who is local to Ombersley. I hadn't been to Checketts since it was a Deli, but it has now been transformed into a charming dining area with a variety of local produce and homeware to admire. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans, and the staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. My friend even brought her dog along, who was treated to a puppucino. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I will definitely be returning!
