What a gem of a restaurant! If you’re not into fancy, pretentious dining and simply enjoy excellent brisket, this is the place for you. The owner, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, is truly passionate about his brisket! He even took the time to share his insights on what to look for in the meat and what to appreciate about the preparation process. It's a bit off the beaten path, and be sure to bring your own drinks since he keeps things simple, focusing solely on the food.
I stopped by today to pick up lunch for the family, getting a mix of brisket and pulled pork. I must say, everyone absolutely loved it and highly recommends it!

Fantastic find. If you?re not ?fancy? and pretentious and you just like great Brisket then this is your place. The owner (who?s name I didn?t catch) is incredibly passionate about his brisket! He even took the time to share his knowledge about what to lookfor in the meat and what to appreciate about the process of preparation. It?s out of the way and bring your own drinks as thisguy keeps it basic and just focuses on the food.
