Exactly what you expect from places like these, but around half of the time you order from them, they put in the wrong sauces, and when politely being asked about it via telephone, they just scream at you. This makes this restaurant for me a no-go from here on out. Furthermore, when I call a restaurant to address an issue with the food, the last thing I want to hear is come here and settle it like a man. So in the end, the politest tone can I formulate it in is: Would not recommend.
