You order food and drinks from an iPad at the table so no need to wait for a waiter to appear which adds an extra interesting twist to the experience the place is enormous so don't worry that you won't get a table the only thing is that it is not in the main town so you have to travel out to it about 8km from centre of Dortmund but wort it in my opinion
