This morning the coffee tasted bitter upon returning to the store the lady didn't even offer to remake the drink just offered a refund and then seemed frustrated to deal with the issue. When my wife explained that she didn't want a refund just wanted her coffee the lady went on about how it's probably the coffee that's bitter so it still wouldn't taste right. If you're buying an iced coffee taste it before you drive away. It's a waste of time and money to pay for a product and not get what you ordered.

After pumping one pump in my... read more My pumpkin spice latte did not have the flavor in it and when asked to add flavor the manager, Jessie, got extremely rude and loud. After pumping one pump in my drink and tossing it back across the counter to me, she told me to have a good day and I told her I was still waiting for part of my order. Instead of finding my order she yelled across the counter well what is it . When I tried to tell her she continued to talk over me and told me she could get loud if I wanted her to . I was waiting for a sprinkled donut for my 3 year old daughter who was standing next to me listening to the whole interaction. I asked her why she had an attitude when I was just trying to finish my order and she said I don 't have an attitude but I can get one pretty quick if you want . Overall, was completely shocked by how rude the manager was and overheard several employees also saying that they couldn 't believe that I would stand there asking for my order. Very unprofessional and will not be back to this location.
