I was allowed acce... read more A staff member denied a paying customer access to the restroom. My husband, a 100% disabled veteran, was not permitted to use the facilities. I was allowed access, but after a heated discussion, he was finally granted permission to use the restroom due to his service-connected bowel disease. I was close to calling the police over the situation.

This is Dunkin' as if someone who has never been to a Dunkin' Donuts got a free pass to open a franchise. Nothing they do makes sense. For the longest time, the... read more This is Dunkin' as if someone who has never been to a Dunkin' Donuts got a free pass to open a franchise. Nothing they do makes sense. For the longest time, they didn’t offer toasted bagels, and now that they finally do, they don’t serve them to you properly. Instead, you get a dry, unbuttered bagel along with a packet of jelly and a plastic knife. It might not seem like a big deal when dining in, but when you're in the drive-thru, what am I supposed to do—pull over and spread the jelly on it? What’s the point of a drive-thru if it’s this inconvenient?
