I was allowed acce... read more A staff member denied a paying customer access to the restroom. My husband, a 100% disabled veteran, was not permitted to use the facilities. I was allowed access, but after a heated discussion, he was finally granted permission to use the restroom due to his service-connected bowel disease. I was close to calling the police over the situation.

I also requested a cold coffee with whole milk, but it arrived without any milk at all. Honestly, with similar prices, I might as well choose Starbucks since their service is far superior. The Dunkin' menu needs improvement both in quality and accuracy.
