If you don’t order using the kiosk, the staff tend to draw attention to the Dunkin paper cup for tips quite aggressively. I often find myself repeating my order just to ensure it's understood; I've had better experiences at other places. The food is good, but I won't be returning.

My food was undercooked, and when I kindly asked for it to be fixed, they ended up overcooking my meal out of spite. They even said that this is how they prefer it now. I'm now late for an appointment and still hungry. Thank you for completely ruining my day!
