If you don’t order using the kiosk, the staff tend to draw attention to the Dunkin paper cup for tips quite aggressively. I often find myself repeating my order just to ensure it's understood; I've had better experiences at other places. The food is good, but I won't be returning.

I'm now late for an appointment and still hungry. Thank you for completely ruining my day!

We’ve tried to order from here multiple times in the last few weeks and each time the line moves extremely slow, or the person taking drive thru orders can’t even understand a simple order like hot coffee with cream and sugar. The lady literally kept asking did I want hot tea when I kept saying hot coffee, so we just drove off and will not be returning. I miss the old morning staff who knew what they were doing.
