Ordered several spider donuts and they look NOTHING like a spider. Anyone could have done better than this. It 's just squiggles not legs. So disappointing.
This location is terrible now. Seems like management changed. We’ve tried to order from here multiple times in the last few weeks and each time the line moves extremely slow, or the person taking drive thru orders can’t even understand a simple order like hot coffee with cream and sugar. The lady literally kept asking did I want hot tea when I kept saying hot coffee, so we just drove off and will not be returning. I miss the old morning staff who knew what they were doing.
For the life of me I can’t understand why they replaced the entire morning crew. I haven’t had a decent coffee from there in months. At first I let stuff slide as I figured everyone was new but when it became a constant thing I started complaining. Order light and sweet and my coffee is black or it’s just light, grounds in my coffee like a lot) , wrong donuts etc.etc. The drive thru line is extremely long and slow. I miss the old morning crew terribly. I guess the owners haven’t heard the saying “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”.
The customer service left much to be desired. If you don’t order using the kiosk, the staff tend to draw attention to the Dunkin paper cup for tips quite aggressively. I often find myself repeating my order just to ensure it's understood; I've had better experiences at other places. The food is good, but I won't be returning.
