As a mixed American visiting from Louisiana, I felt a sense of pride here. The highlight was speaking with the owner’s husband, who runs the business right next door! Before I even had my meal, I was already feeling nostalgic for home as I watched him come in with his young kids and treat them to some food. The cooking is fantastic, the prices are fair, and this place is shaping up to be a true American classic!
