I ordered two kebabs tonight, one donner and one chicken gyros. They were absolutely disgusting. The kebab did not taste right and there were chicken bits in it, which I cannot eat. The gyros was also awful, made with processed chicken. I was very disappointed. The chips were cold and the salad was subpar, just some onion, lettuce, and a bit of tomato. 2 hours agoNEW Edible (just about) is the nicest thing I can say. Not sure how or why this place won best kebab in Wales. After arriving at the collection time stated I then had to queue for 10 minutes only to be told they hadn't started it yet so another 15 minutes I waited. This allowed me to see my food being prepared. The chicken shavings, I refuse to call it gyros as advertised as that's just disrespectful to actual gyros, were taken out of the fridge in a plastic container and put in to the microwave to warm up. These warmed up chicken shavings were then chucked in to an asda smart price tortilla, not pitta, with a load of salad and some strange mint and yoghurt sauce as they had no tzatziki. Quite the opposite to authentic. The kids meal was a small 45% pork sausage on half a kilo of chips in a happy meal esque cardboard box. When it came to eating the chicken shavings at home the wrap was soggy because of the water from the salad and the chicken shavings were flavourless. I would strongly advise the Best Kebab in Wales Board to reconsider. I will not be returning. Ewloe kebab house is far superior and with PROPER gyros.

Had a delivery, fairly quick but the food was awful! I had a sausage dinner, chips were hard, mushy peas looked more like marrowfat peas and hardly any gravy plus very greasy at the bottom of the tray. Wouldn’t recommend at all

I ordered an uber eats they were late and refused to answere my calls when i asked for a refund they refused ive paid over £10 for terrible service and no food what scummy people

Stay away from this place, the food is DISGUSTING! Had food from here today and I agree with all other bad reviews and wouldn’t ever give this business another penny. Portions are tiny, the food was greasy and the staff have a SHOCKING amount of manners don’t even look clean, nor hygienic. Food is overpriced and foul don’t bother ever visiting this dump, go to any other competitor!
