It was a waste of... read more I placed an order at 12:50 and was told delivery would be in half an hour. The food arrived at 1:48 without the chips we ordered and was cold. It was a waste of £12. When I called to complain, I received a very unpleasant attitude over the phone because they were busy. This was my first time ordering from this place and I will not be ordering again. It was the worst food and customer service I have ever experienced. The person on the phone actually laughed at me and didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. If I could give it no rating, I would, but I was forced to give it a 2. In reality, it deserves a negative 2.

I have also ordered delivery from here before, and the quality is always consistent.
