I went with four family members and ordered and paid for the family platter through a mobile device, as instructed. However, a waitress came to our table and said there was an issue with the oven, causing a 20-minute delay. After 40 minutes, I asked another waitress how much longer we had to wait, but she never returned. Soon after, another waitress told us the ovens were still having problems and our meals weren't ready. When I tried to speak up about the long wait and the loud music, she rudely snapped back and offered a refund, telling me to leave. She then went to the register, got cash, threw it on the table, and walked away. At 70 years old, I had never been treated with such disrespect by a customer. It was Nandos who failed to provide decent service. I will never return to this dreadful place.
