A littl... read more While I understand that employees aren’t obligated to fulfill my request, there was no one else in line, and I even had my receipt as proof of my order. A little kindness goes a long way, and if that's too much to ask for, a harsh and rude response is certainly not the way to handle it! Coming from someone who works in customer service, I have always found the staff at that location to be friendly—until today, that is! Not wanting to argue, I just decided to purchase the drink again and left.
