I placed an order on Uber Eats at 5:40 PM and at 7:10 PM I still haven 't received anything. Very disappointing. It 's been an hour since it said order being prepared.
Incomprehension and disappointment, these are the words that come to me. We were regulars at the Bosphore and found it to be the best kebab in the area, it was always very pleasant to find this team, these 3 men always smiling, very friendly, who served us quickly. We barely had to say our order, which made it always a pleasure, not to mention once again the quality of the kebab itself. But here we are, we went there this evening after almost a month without having come (because we thought the kebab was closed), and what was our surprise at the almost complete change of the team? With this change of team, a big organizational change: despite 5 people behind the counter, we had to wait 30 minutes before getting our order, 10 of which were spent watching our order cool down on the counter. There is also the fact that onions are no longer offered, the different ingredients seem to have declined in quality... in short, what a shame. However, the kebab remains pretty good, even if not as good as before.
