Shout out to these guys! They are doing awesome! Just a dasher but these guys were super nice and even offered me a drink since I had to wait on my delivery. You guys keep up the positive attitudes!! View all feedback.
What Matt Williams doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
They sold us ice cream at 825 pm. We got it at 835. At 836 they came to the table and told us we are trying to close at 9pm and started sweeping dust all over the place. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. View all feedback.
Last week I went inside to get a cone. There were only 2 workers behind the counter. I stood at the front for 8 minutes. They looked over and saw me there. Another lady got in line. The two works never said a word to us. Just kept on doing what they were doing. After 10 minutes I walked out.I went thru the drive thru on April 17. When I got to the window there was zero customer service. No hello. No would you like a napkin? No thank you after I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a tiny cone HALF dipped in birthday cake dip. The new ownership is HORRIBLE. Even though I could walk to Park Rd, I’ll drive to Ron Overstreet’s DQ in High St from now on.
Yummy, what more can I say. I had a blizzard. My son ordered cheese curds and did have to wait an extremely long time.

Place is a joke!We have supported this Dairy Queen for years. Yesterday was our last visit to this particular Dairy Queen for several reasons. In the last year or so, since new ownership has taken over there has been nothing but an overall decline. The prices have significantly increased, but the quality has decreased. If they matched, there might be less of a concern. The last few times we have visited this Dairy Queen the ice cream did not taste the same nor was the appearance of the restaurant desirable. One of the times we ordered a cone for our son, the worker (who was a grown ADULT) accidentally placed it in a cup. When I told him it was incorrect he attempted to hand me a cone with the cup of ice cream and suggested we could “scoop the ice cream into it”. ???? Clearly we declined and requested a remake.Yesterday we ordered a small ice cream cone with sprinkles and it cost $2.99. The amount of ice cream on cone was 3 inches high and sprinkles that did not even cover the ice cream. When the worker handed me the cone, I looked at it and said “really; This is 2.99”The worker responded with, “I know they are really strict and make us weigh the food/ice cream; often times I am embarrassed to hand people, their ice cream with the amount of money they are paying”.Speaks volumes when an employee realizes the poor quality. Finally the outside of the restaurant is unkept. Trash and food in bushes by drive thru; missing pieces of over hang in drive thru. In my opinion, if the restaurant appearance is poor…likely the kitchen cleanliness matches. It’s a bummer the new ownership has done this.
