The Caucasian woman was impolite and took an excessive amount of time to take our order at a fast food restaurant.

This restaurant is comparable to any other DQ. The cashier may not have had his caffeine fix for the day, but he was still friendly and made sure to get my order correct, which is what really matters.

This restaurant review highlights some major concerns with the service and safety at the establishment. The reviewer experienced unhelpful and rude behavior from the manager, who refused to unlock a door despite it being a fire hazard and only having one working exit. Food was good and hot as well as tasty, we ordered a pup cup for our dog and while most DQ's will give out ice cream, usually with a dog biscuit this location actually put an entire Chicken strip/tender in her ice cream which made it extra special forher.

It would be higher had the doors been open. After riding in a hot non air conditioned car 3 of my kids and I were looking forward to cool air inside. The doors were locked and the drive thru line was full. When we got to the order stand, we wereinformed they were out of the small cups for blizzards. Now I understand it's not the employees fault, but a little moreplanning ahead for hot days coming.
