What Hannah Robertson doesn't like about Sir John Seldon:
You go at the counter and wait to be served, 4 bartenders behind the counter and they do not really seem interested in you or in any customers service act. Moreover, if you are a new customer, they will serve the usual one, before you no matter what. The place itself is cool, but had a very poor customer service yesterday, hopefully it was just a coincidence, but it was bad enough for me to not come back. View all feedback. We ate here one lunchtime during the week. We sat in the quiet courtyard area out the back which looked like it had been newly paved. We all enjoyed our food and the food and drink prices were reasonable. I only gave 4 stars as I had a Ploughman’s which came with a soft roll which fell apart; it would be preferable to have a piece of crusty baton with this.
