This has never and is never a problem unless one female worker in there serve... read more For years Iv been going into kfc asking for the wrap sauce to be swapped for Mayo. This has never and is never a problem unless one female worker in there serves me. I’m not asking for extra ingredients, simply to change the sauce. She is extremely rude and told me it’s “against the rules”, doesn’t offer another option just a point blank NO. I just left after this. Iv been in there a few times recently as I work nearby and everytime Iv been in there they’re so unprofessional! They argue with eachother for the whole shop to hear! And one time instead of seeing if anyone was there to be served (myself) they gathered round the corner to **** about another staff member! There were 2 other customers in the shop and we all heard it! Absolutely disgusting.
