read moreThe KFC on Chapel Road in Worthing offers a striking contrast of experiences. While some patrons express frustration over missing orders, rude staff, and unprofessional behavior—highlighted by a chaotic atmosphere and unattended customers—others have enjoyed delightful meals featuring the Zinger Stacker burger and friendly service, especially after the restaurant's recent relocation. Many commend the new location for its improvements, with some receiving attentive care even on busy nights. Ultimately, this KFC seems to embody a divide between disappointing and pleasant visits, leaving customers unsure whether to return.
