It's great that the bistro is back! I can't agree with the negative reviews at all. The main product is the pizza, and it's still fantastic for the price! Yes, it tasted different under the previous owner, but I see homemade dough and high-quality ingredients on my plate. I also had the lunch special for €9.99 with the side salad... yes, the salad wasn't exactly the gourmet experience of my life, but it was fresh and edible. Maybe try a fresh dressing . In any case, keep up the good work, guys, and keep the place going!

We ordered lasagna to go, but it was unfortunately burnt black on the top and bottom. That was our first and probably last order. Very annoying.

I 've known Carlo since I was a child and have been getting various dishes from him for decades. The quality was always top-notch; it 's not for nothing that he had the name worms at the university of applied sciences. Since he retired and new successors have taken over, the quality has declined considerably. The salad looks as if it 's already two days old, and the white sauce tastes just like the ready-made sauces from the bucket or bottle. The lasagna is swimming in the sauce and is no longer as thick as it was at Carlo 's. The pizza base has become ultra-thin. He said he had continued everything exactly as he did at Carlo 's, but there 's a difference between night and day. Apparently, the prices were kept the same as they had been at Carlo 's the whole time. But after the takeover, the prices were raised shortly after. Whereas other businesses have kept their prices due to the current price increases. And when things really couldn 't go any further, the new owner just added 50 cents. You can 't retain loyal customers like that. Many people at the university of applied sciences are certainly not willing to pay a single euro more either. If the quality isn 't what it used to be, everyone deserves a chance. Perhaps the new owner will return to the products and quality that Carlo had.

New owners, same top quality. It was a pleasure to recognize them on the phone. My only criticism: The standard size is a bit too small for me; a slightly larger diameter would be desirable as an additional option; then I'd come more often.
