What Senior Rossi dislikes about Mario D'errico:
What is always a mystery to us is why you are seated in a restaurant and don't get the card right away, but then have to wait up to 10 minutes. Pasta portion of tartufo with 3 whole pieces for € 19.90 was very manageable, and had more of an appetizer appearance, but still very tasty, pinsa was dry. However, the ambience was really very nice. Valentine's Day menu was pure enjoyment. Great service with a top chef thanks to Team Ambiente for the great evening.
