The grilled meat/fish... read more Personally, I found the experience at this restaurant stressful. The food that was available was edible, but I 've definitely had better. The grilled meat/fish was unfortunately overcooked twice and consequently dry. The chicken liver, which was advertised, never arrived, which I found disappointing considering the €33 price tag. The restroom was on par with the cleanliness of a free rest stop, which is obviously due to the lack of decorum among the customers, but since it was also mentioned in other reviews, this is something that should be addressed. The service consisted of a welcome and goodbye ; everything else was handled by a robot.

The restaurant is large and well-organized, which are pretty much the only positive things mentioned in this review. Where do I even begin... Some of the food was cold, and the buffet didn't look appealing. Some of the grapes were moldy, and the chocolate fountain looked awful and completely killed any desire for something sweet. The additional grill (where you can grill fresh food yourself) was a real disappointment! It took forever for the plates to be ready, and when they finally arrived, everything was burnt black and inedible. Unfortunately, this was a one-time experience for us.

The staff were friendly on the phone and we were treated well. When we arrived, a reserved table was available. We didn't have to pay immediately upon arrival; we were simply informed of the prices for the buffet we had chosen. Even when we were seated at the table, we were greeted with a smile and received our cutlery within minutes, allowing us to place our order. We also noticed that everything at the buffet was fresh, clean, and neatly prepared. There were no signs of small animals, flies, or insects. The cutlery and glasses were clean. ... All the self-service counters were clean and there was enough for everyone. In some places, visitors left minor messes, such as sauce or cut vegetables outside the designated containers and on the floor. Some people simply left full plates they didn't like on clean, prepared tables. The food we had prepared and grilled by the grill staff was hot and there were no significant burnt areas. The wait time for the grilled food to be delivered to the table by the electronic feeder was also short. The staff regularly cleared away used plates and dishes to ensure cleanliness. There was also a very large selection of drinks, including non-alcoholic beverages, wine, soft drinks, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and other soft drinks. Despite the restaurant being full, the service and cleanliness were good. The restrooms were clean, but some are in need of renovation or refurbishment. The fact that extra charges are applied for unnecessary food waste is... Understandable, as we also noticed that several tables had to throw away plates full to the brim, resulting in a huge waste of food. We were satisfied and would gladly come again. Nevertheless, we've been there many times and it's always a pleasant evening. The price is reasonable, including high-quality drinks.
