What Elijah Israel doesn't like about Dunkin':
Horrible staff! I'm a truck driver and everytime I go there they refuse to make any expresso drinks because they are too lazy and don't want to clean the machines. I arrived 2hrs before they close and they refused again. I know this is against their policy. I will reach out to the district manager because this is a major issue View all feedback.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a commodity donut chain. The donuts are very standard middle of the road Donuts and the coffee is the same. They’re everywhere and when you need something in a pinch at least you know what you’re getting.
No one in line forgot my cold foam but yet charged me for it and then gave me the grossest coffee with barely any ice ..
The people at this Dunkin are super friendly and always pleasant to deal with. The only problem is my food is constantly undercooked. Whether it's hashbrowns which are supposed to be golden brown and crispy but instead are a literal mushy soup in the bag devoid of flavor and sometimes literally cold. Or the bacon egg and cheese on English muffins. I know we want to get people in and out fast but can we please finish cooking the food?
