Feedback
A historic gem in the heart of Worcester, the pub at Fish Street offers cozy accommodation and a lively atmosphere. While the rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced, the pub itself has mixed reviews regarding service. Some guests found the staff to be welcoming and friendly, while others experienced poor customer service. The food received positive feedback, with hearty portions and well-cooked dishes. Overall, the Farriers is a charming spot with character and good food, making it a recommended stop for visitors to Worcester looking for a traditional English pub experience.
Friendly staff, busy Sunday lunch trade, home cooked looked great. Decent range of beers, little off the High Street, but a must visit traditional pub.
Looking for a place too eat and Google maps popped this one up! Very olde welde and bursting with character. Menu was lovely, hubby had a burger, I went with the lasagne. Came well presented and very hot! Staff were great and really friendly, disappointed we had to leave so fast as the car park was running out otherwise I would have stayed for a 2nd Woo Woo! Would definitely go back as it was really lovely! Top marks to the staff!!!
Really good place to eat, I had the chicken, leek and bacon pie, the wife had the fish and chips. Both were very tasty. Our Dog was made welcome and he settled down straight away. Will definitely go back next time we're in Worcester.
The pub is old and full of character. When we got there shortly after it opened, we weren't sure if it was a place only for locals. But soon enough, it filled up with people likely in town for shopping or the music festival. After some consideration, we chose to have lunch there and it was worth it. The prices were very reasonable and the pub food was tasty and filling. It wasn't anything fancy, just really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back again.
We decided to try this restaurant for Sunday lunch after reading positive reviews, and we were not let down. We ordered two generous beef dinners with roast potatoes, a selection of vegetables for £11 each, and a bowl of cauliflower cheese for £3. The beer and house Pinot Grigio were both excellent. It was a delightful way to spend a Sunday.
