What a hidden gem! The design and execution are incredibly thoughtful, exuding class at every turn. I had lunch at Spens and decided to try the chicken burger, which turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. It was fantastic. The service was excellent as well; our waitress, Cammy, was a wonderful addition to the team, showing great pride in her work. The setting is truly unique, making it another fantastic spot... What Teboho Naidoo doesn't like about Bosjes:
I am only giving this venue a 3 as I didn't stay long at the venue. I specifically came to see the chapel and to order something small, but since the chapel was closed for a wedding I did not enter the venue at all. I was informed by the friendly gate security that when a wedding is booked the chapel is closed to the public. And he indicated weddings usually occur during the weekends, including Fridays at times. Bosjes is a place that was high on my dream architecture visit list in sa. Finally, in the position to go as a high-time guest, a dream come true! stunning venue with great attractions. the location is stunning and the love for detail both in and around the location as well as the treatment of the team has been great.
Wow... If I could give this venue 10 stars I would... This has to be one of thee most amazing wine estates I have been to...I was completely taken aback at just how stunning this place is... The gardens alone are out of this world... There is a main restaurant but there is 2 other smaller restaurants/deli/coffee/drinks venues in the middle of the gardens... The wedding chapel is stunning... The views of the mountain are stunning... The food is excellent I had the venison R250... It was excellent milkshakes...definitely would go back... I hav'nt even mentioned the great wines excellent service... You could spend a day here with all the activities...
We enjoyed ourselves...all the views were just mind blowing
Wow.... what an experience.... the gardens and chapel were amazing. Well maintained...good paths to walk on. Friendly staff. The play area for children was next level. You can feel the presence of the Lord.
