He is grateful for the support from customers and is very polite. The food is delicious and if there is a problem, he will make sure to fix it. What User doesn't like about Worcester Pizza Factory:
I ordered a 10-inch pizza with pommes. When I received the order, the box had cheese on the side. Upon opening the box, all the toppings were slid to one side of the box. I'm not sure if it was the driver's mistake or the restaurant's error. Regardless, when I tried to lift a slice, all the toppings fell off. This was very disappointing for a pizza. I ordered a pizza for my children and a Buffalo-Tender dinner for me. my two years old are quite picky, but loved the pizza. it was super good! one of the better in the city. fries tasted fresh. everything was great. the truck was super nice. everyone was friendly from phone call to delivery.
The greek pizza was amazing! It had a perfect amount of feta, tomatoe and spinach. All the appetizers we sampled were cooked to perfection! The cook definitely was on his A game today nice to see love put into his craft. The workers were so welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy! Most definitely will be back!
Pizza was good, cooked well. Ordered large fry they where soggy uncooked and disgusting. How they even sent them out is beyond me, and I mean soggy uncooked as in they where warm from the hot oil and just warm enough to be unfrozen but the potato wasn’t soft it had a hard potato crunch and tastes raw almost
Best pizza in Worcester.My wife and I have been ordering for years.Any wrong order they fix the problem immediately. New pizza maker about 3 months ago. A lot better and fast hot delivery. Joe is the best. Have had no problems at all. I even received a call that they were running behind. Still was hot. Thankyou for the great service
Large pizza is a pub size be forewarned. Also, the pizza has barely any sauce at all. I kid you not, it's basically bread and cheese with NO sauce. However, the crust and cheese are good quality and closer to an Italian style pizza vs. the typical hard crust found in MA. The fries were over done they tasted of burnt and over used oil. Service was good and delivery was fast, especially for a weekend evening.Unfortunately, I would not order from this restaurant again due to the food quality and taste. I would not recommend either ?.
