What User doesn't like about Via Italian Table:
on Sunday afternoon it was not recognized that there was a limited brunch menu. my daughter is gf and ordered the salmon-coal salad. it was tasty, but too strongly saturated with cheese and pesto dressing. I ordered the pizzetta of arugula prosciutto and coward. the pizza was a little too cheesy and the figs were not freshly dried, which completely changed the taste for me, as this pizza should taste. we liked the am... Was here with my spouse on her birthday. Meal was tasty, staff was on point. And big respect to the owner for stepping in to apologize and address a concern. I’d visit again.
Generous portions of classic Italian food in a family friendly setting. Came with my family after commencement and the service was outstanding. Vegetarian options are limited, although the eggplant parm is one of the best I’ve had.
In Town overnight and Via was recommended by a friend from N.Y. Outstanding food and service. We made convenient reservations online but arrived early and were seated promptly in the patio , no issue whatsoever on the early arrival . The staff wants to seat and turn tables asap owners take note! Our server team Of Josh And Sarah provided an excellent service experience from minute one. Attentive , knowledgeable and extremely gracious this was a customer comes first dining experience from beginning to end. The meal started with a white wine fight and A Peroni on Tap . We enjoyed the fried Calamari and the “P.L.T.” From the Lobster fest menu Proscuitto, Lobster and tomato with Fresh mozzarella and basil. Our included salads were crisp field greens and fresh and subtly dressed to perfection. For entrees we had The surf and turf with Bucatini bolognese and the Braised short rib with Gnocchi and Gorgonzola cream with shiitakes and walnuts. The Teen in residence special ordered a chicken cutlet an fries, which caused absolutely no trauma for the great servers. They were very accommodating . Dessert was a few scoops of Gelato and sorbetti which were light and extremely good! Vanilla, grapefruit and pistachio to be exact. Side note a trip to the restroom takes you past a well staffed open kitchen which appeared to be a sparking clean well oiled operation . Restrooms were very clean too! Top notch restaurant operation with great staff ! Best meal out in a long time for sure.
Went there for anniversary dinner and it was perfect. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. They have a great wine collection. Would highly recommend!
They do a very good job on the gluten free pizza crust as well as the antipasto salad. Joshua was a great server. I will be going back.
