What Daniel Orzelek doesn't like about Uno Pizzeria Grill:
The ran out of plates, spoons, and knives. Seriously. We were told that we couldn’t eat our meal with anything other than a fork. They also ran out of limes which we wanted for our drinks. View all feedback.
I went into the restaurant at 9:33pm and was told the restaurant was closed. I asked if the bar was open as I only wanted a glass of wine and was told no. I am staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and asked if they sold wine. The front desk person said UNO’s is open til 10pm. I explained I was told they were closed. I looked at the website online and the website indicates the restaurant closes at 10pm. I called the restaurant and asked if I could get a glass of wine. The server was very abrupt and replied, “Nope “. I told her the front desk at the HGI and the website said they are open til 10. She said well the kitchen closed at 9:30 and we have last call. I again asked if I could just get a glass of wine and she said, “No, we’ve already done last call.” There were four men sitting at the bar actively drinking, one had just been served a beer and had a full glass, a family sitting at a booth and a single female sitting in another booth drinking a glass of wine. I think the right thing to do is serve your customers until closing time.
In all honesty the people were nice but the pizza is genuinely awful i understand its corporate food but honestly school cafeteria pizza tastes better. Like it tastes reheated, the quality is poor, and structures not truly Chicago style. Honestly this pizzas not worth trying not even the UNO time.

After a hard long week with just my nephew and I doing moves. We got a $100 gift card from a customer. We decided to eat well at Uno's. It was a great treat!
Expect to wait and be ignored. Restaurant was almost completely empty but we had to wait 5-10 to be seated. Then no one came to get an order or greet us for another several minutes. Noticed all the employees hanging out chatting and we were sticking to the table (literally) so we left.
