Unos has become my go-to restaurant for dining with non-vegans. They offer a fantastic beyond burger and two vegan pizza options. I like to combine them by ordering the garden pizza and adding vegan cheese. It's a tasty choice, and the vegan section on the menu makes ordering a breeze. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Uno Pizzeria:
Place was completely empty, but surprisingly still had an abundance of staff. I was confused as to why so much staff was there when it was completely dead. They were quite loud and just chatting. Food was unimpressive. Chicken scampi tasted like cheap Chinese food and we had to send it back. Dessert cookie seemed to have been cooked way too long as it wouldn't come off the pan unless we scraped mightily. Allie was ou... View all feedback.
Typical chain restaurant. The food is never bad but to be fair its nothing to write home about either. The decor while cool it is very very dated. The location is perfect with a few garages within walking distance and for you cheapskates you can also score free street parking nearby. The size of the restaurant is smaller so it fills up fast. Our waitresses and bartenders have always and I mean always been on point. The hostess station is in the front so when eating at the first couple rows you may have someone inadvertently staring at you while you eat. Overall the place is definitely worth the price of gas to get there.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. Menu options are typical UNO items but my favorite non pizza was the lemon basil salmon. Thank you to all the staff who have made me feel welcome home every time I come back to the States.
The first time I ordered from UNO's pizza, I got hooked. The deep dish pizza is so nice. It's worth every dollar spent.
I love the quality and authenticity of Uno 's Brand as a whole. But unfortunately this time my restaurant experience was not nearly as good as our food. Due to unfriendliness of the unwelcoming staff. My daughter and I came to the Worcester Location on Feb. 16 2 PM. After I opened the door of the entrance into this business establishment for my daughter, we were met by (six) of a mix of personnel near the registry, all who saw us as we walked in and did not once say 'Hi, welcome to UNO 's! ' to us. Instead all six, three behind the booth on the right and three others along the front of the booth area, again on the right, talked amongst each other and watched as we walked up to the booth as we said 'Hello, may we be seated? ' Horrible. Place was completely empty. Nobody in the dining room and maybe one random by the barstools. Staff was downright MISERABLE. Not one smiled or was welcoming. Except our waitress; Sherezade A. She did her job well and affected positive change in our experience dining at UNO pizzeria and grill of Worcester, MA. Food was good, certainly not worth it considering the staff was almost put out for doing their jobs. VERY disappointing. Maybe it was an off day... but for the entire greeting staff?? Suggest other options be considered.
I really enjoyed the food, was a little on the pricey side, but flavor was great for everything!!!
