Never found a Sichuan cuisine better than this in MA. Outstanding native Sichuan food, with reasonable price, highly recommended! It can be said to be the best Sichuan restaurant in Massachusetts. It tastes good and is reasonably priced. It’s great. View all feedback.
What YOYO MASTER doesn't like about Red Pepper:
The food was like, meh, nothing to write home about. And don't even get me started on the service. There was this one waitress, a bit on the chubby side, who we asked for the bill, and she just gave us this side-eye and then ghosted us. We had to wave down another server to sort us out. Not cool, guys. Not cool at all. Overall, pretty bummed out about the whole experience. Won't be back anytime. View all feedback.
Best Chinese Food! Ive gone here ever since I was in uni and let me tell you I cannot forget it!
Ive been wanting to try this place for a while now. Its not like all the other chinese restaurants that im used to. The food was, i guess, a little more high class like??? My son and I just tried one of the lunch specials, the T04, the one w general tsos chicken, white rice and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup didnt have the thick texture, or flavor that its supposed to have, it was more like yellow water and more like broth with eggs in it, but my son still liked it, i didnt. The general tsos chicken had a faint crunch to it, unfortunately, I like my general tsos chicken crunchy. Although i didnt enjoy the food we ordered today, i will definitely be back to try the other menu items i was considering, and i am pretty certain it will be good because its more of an authentic meal which is what they seem to be popular for.
The food is top notch. If you're looking for real authenticity, look no further. Watch out for the spices though
Our family drove 35 minutes to be met by the rudest person at the host desk. I said hi and she gave me a death stare... no acknowledgement, no greeting. I asked if we had to seat ourselves, she said no with an aditude. I let her know how many in the party and I got the death stare again... she dropped the menus at the table and walked away. We decided to leave.
