Mcdonald's - Worcester

A customer asked the cook about the freshness of the cookies, which resulted in laughter from many people. As a result, the customer had to drive through for a refund. The cookies were as hard as rocks, causing frustration over the wasted time and lost sale of four cookies.

I went to the restaurant for a late dinner on Tuesday evening around 7 pm. I entered the restaurant and went to the counter to place my order. The employee saw me but didn't recognize me and didn't offer any assistance. I waited patiently for 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. They didn't apologize for the wait and just took my money and quickly left. I had to remind them to give me my drinks while I waited. After waiting for 20 minutes, my food was finally ready, but they forgot half of my order. I had to ask for the missing items again. The employee didn't apologize for the mistake. By the time I got home, the food was cold and I ended up wasting $20 without even eating.

I have never been in such a dirty McDonald's before. The bathroom had hair on every surface, and there were dirty tables and trash on the floor in the dining area by the soda fountain. The food was okay, but seeing the level of cleanliness made me lose my appetite.

The interior of this McDonald's is quite pleasant. I typically use the drive-thru, but on this occasion I had some time to spare with the kids. The setting was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed it. Plus, who doesn't love McDonald's Happy Meals?

Staff gets more and more lazy... told the girl at the window there was a van in the other drive thru line that had been waiting 4 cars long in my line that had passed. Her response was she was told to stop taking orders bc they were busy....so we are going to let someone sit there??? I ordered a oreo flurry....not mixed. At all. Just oreo crumbles on top of ice cream.
