I know it's just McDonald's and I don't usually eat there, but I was in a rush and very hungry. A girl helped me today, and she was incredible. I was short by a dollar and some change, and she told me it was fine—saying it gave her hope for humanity. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
24 hours at 4 o'clock arrived and they told us: "care for the inconvenience, but we can no longer command" there was a woman who gave to someone else (possibly their friends) at drive thru. what the lights on if they are lured?!” “Ronald” has to do some serious housekeeping.
It followed a suspicious sign! kicked out of eating while my 82 year old mother n sister n i ate! seriously

The McRib was good when they had it.Spicy chicken was good.McDouble is good.Fries over rated.
The general manager at this location was being very rude to the employees, almost like emotionally harassing them, one of the coworkers was crying. She also yelled at me as a customer when I asked what was wrong. Personally I wouldn't let that slide, but that's just me. Higherups shouldn't be yelling at their employee, they should be respecting them even when time are tough.
Unprofessional/ impolite staffs, I ordered through the screen there, the mocha frappe, usually the screen will say ‘not available’ for the item that is not available at that moment, but it didn’t say at the time I ordered, so I ordered frappe, and waited for almost 20mins, so I asked one staff if my frappe is being made and they said ‘oh we don’t have frappe at the moment’ and guess what as if I didn’t ask them I might have to wait there forever, none of them cares about customer who waits for the unavailable item which is written on the bill that they are holding on their hands, then I asked for a different $amount of frappe and new item I wanted to replace, again the super unprofessional asked me what I want, I said either you refund all amount or give me the different of frappe and new iced coffee which like 1$ different, they looked so confused and kept asking me about whatsoever I wouldn’t understand so I said whatever just give me that coffee, and yet they took my 1$ , I don’t care that money but I do care about how they treat and try to help me or not. Please train your staffs to be more effective.
