Five Guys - Worcester

The Cajun fries are typically perfectly seasoned, but this time they were quite overpowering and became unenjoyable after about three or four. However, I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered three meals, but one of the burgers was undercooked. The fries were all soggy, and two out of the three burger buns were also soggy. I placed the order at 9:20, and while I understand that you close at 10, that shouldn't excuse the quality of the food. Additionally, we were charged for an extra order of fries that we didn’t request.

I don't really get why they ask for a tip when you pay. You order at the cashier and then pick up your food when your name is called. I'm not sure what part of that warrants a tip. That said, it's a great place for a burger! I tried the bacon double patty burger, and it was pretty good. The atmosphere is nice, service is essentially self-serve, but the quality and quantity of the food are decent.

I visited Five Guys, and despite being extremely busy, they quickly prepared my order. The staff were very friendly and reassured me that my food was on the way. They even brought it to my car. Thank you, everyone!

The French fries were absolutely delicious, but the burgers didn't live up to the hype. The patties were dry and devoid of flavor; in fact, I found them less enjoyable than a McDonald's patty.
