Dunkin' - Worcester

The worst experience I had at this restaurant was when my companion didn't receive his wraps, and I was just stuck with my muffin. I definitely won't be returning. Additionally, the staff constantly gossiping about their personal lives was quite ridiculous. I would recommend going to a different place on Route 20 instead; it's much better!

Today, I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and hash browns. Unfortunately, the hash browns were rock-hard—no exaggeration. That was my last straw. I decided it was time to stop wasting my time and money here. Instead, I’ll head to the Honeydew right down the road, where they greet you as soon as you pull up and take your order within 5 minutes, plus you don't have to worry about receiving hard food after a long wait!

The coffee and bagel were quite good, but it took a few attempts for them to understand our order.

When I arrived there I was 2nd car in the line and yet it took 20 minutes to get to the window and even after this long order was not ready. I had to get up and wait. this place always has bad service. vegetarian options: they are ok

Lack luster food. Terrible donuts. There very small.And as everybody knowthere coffe had no bodyand very little taste. Nota recommended place.
