Chick-fil-a - Worcester

I always find the staff at this restaurant to be kind and very pleasant. I'm not sure if there's a specific training program in place, but something is definitely being done right! Please keep up the great work and whatever you're doing to maintain such polite employees! It's no surprise that the drive-thru often has a line (which moves quickly), and I think that says a lot about the quality of service here. I live nearby and frequently drive past, and I have always seen a line—except on Sundays and when the restaurant is closed. When the restaurant first opened, I thought it was just the novelty, but clearly that’s not the case, even after several years!

The service and food were excellent, but the accessibility to toilet paper in the women's restroom was the worst I've ever encountered. The toilet paper roll is positioned below the seat, making it very inconvenient. Additionally, the handicap-accessible stall has the same issue, which raises concerns about ADA compliance. Even for someone without disabilities, it is not very accessible. I've noticed similar issues in other Chick-fil-A locations as well.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! This location is a bit off the beaten path, situated on the edge of an industrial park. Despite being a Thursday evening, it was quite busy. What a wonderful way to celebrate our 49th anniversary! The service was excellent, and the food was just right.

Bought lunch for my son and I, costing 23 dollars. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Had a friendly woman walking around asking if we needed anything including free soda refills. For what I bought it was not only less expensive thanmost fast food restaurants such as McDonald's but also much better and pretty much the same amount of food. Worth it and worthgoing back. Great experience. Highly recommend

Definitely not the best experience I have had at a chickfila. The chicken sandwich was dry and the employees didn't seem to have the normal pleasant hospitable attitude. It seemed to take longer than normal to get our food as well. The fries werevery hot fresh though.
