At 7:00 p.m. we had no... read more I can't say anything about the hotel; Just about the restaurant: the staff was very friendly and attentive, food and drinks came quickly. At 7:00 p.m. we had no problems getting seats; later the inn was well filled. The “Jalapeno Poppers” (jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and fried seemed very familiar to me: I always buy them at Aldi. Otherwise, both my wife's food and my main course were completely tasteless, which is not necessarily typical for Tex Mex... a lot of salt couldn't save it either. The apple strudel was also purchased (Migros? , frozen and warmed up, no trace of crispy rather limp and flabby. You can eat Tex Mex there, but there are probably better restaurants in the Bern area for such dishes (I lived in Mexico for many years . I can't say anything about the Italian dishes.
