I have been to multiple locations and the food was always cold, the sandwiches were never made correctly, and it seems to be primarily staffed by teenagers. Not recommended for those seeking consistency or quality. It is popular among young children, but many locations are not wheelchair accessible.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich must have set quite a while, not chrispy,, but hard. Staff mostly talking. Cashier forgot my ap coupon, then didn't scan it, so I didn't recieve points. My wife stood at counter for 4 minutes with no one in line, and no help for Ketchup.They had plenty on staff, just wasn't on their game.

The timers on the fry bin are there for a reason, STOP re pressing it once it times out!Also twice i have asked for a double patty and they charged for it but did NOT PUT ON THE BURGER.Slow down and read our screens. If fast food would remove the drive thru timers and stop acting like its a game to make a record time maybe the food would get done correctly.
