What Anonym dislikes about River Falls:
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. We spent $300, and none of the eight people at the table enjoyed their meals. It felt like a complete waste. View all feedback.

This restaurant has good food, a great service and cheap prices. we stopped here for dinner with friends before a show at stadion theater and we would definitely go back!
Expensive menu for subpar lukewarm food, smallest chic wings Iâve ever seen , cold flavorless rice pilaf steak tips ok, keep giving it a chance but now with the price increase and same portion size , wonât be back
2 out of 3 dinners were great. The simpliest, a smokehouse burger, was not. It had no hint of smokehouse, a little small and a little overcooked.
The menu has so many options it was hard to choose. We settled on sharing a calamari appetizer and a Southwestern chicken salad. Both were good, and the prices reasonable. The server was friendly and efficient. Our only disappointment was that the patio was closed due to a delay in spraying for wasps. This was clearly explained, so I'm not taking any points off for that. Overall, a good experience we'll go back.

Went with a large party on Mother's Day. Some of our food came out cold, some of the basics just weren't very good (pancakes were tough, home fries were reheated and dry), and they were out of at least one menu item (French toast). We typically have good food here, but this day was not up to the usual standard, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I would still go back, but not on a holiday.
We sat outside by the river unfortunately the Blackstone isn't the cleanest. I think they should spray the deck down with a natural spray to deter fruit flies and bugs a beetle wouldn't leave us alone and the fruit flies were awful. Maybe it was an off day but the lettuce on our sandwiches was brown and the bugs landed on my sandwich bun so much I just took it off. We'd like to try eating inside the menu had so many good things on it but because we were going to a concert at the Stadium we chose something light.

Oh my goodness!! I was blown away at the service and the views! I felt like I was at a 5star restaurant in New York. It's been a while since I been there and wow is my word. We saw a crane fly in we sat by the water my shrimp tacos were so flavorful but careful they are spicy just ask for the boom boom sauce to be on the side. I also added avocado to mine that is extra. They are on the appetizer menu but I had them as my main corse for lunch they are big!! Definitely worth eating and buying! My mom had a build your own burger and she loved it with the side of thier AMAZING sweet potato fries.
For anyone hoping to relive the old days of Ma Glockners? you are better off just leaving it as a found memory. The chicken was still pretty good, but I was so disappointed with the cinnamon rolls. The service was also very slow.
The Baby back ribs were pretty good and slid right off the bone. The River provides a natural air conditioning and beautiful view.
Woonsocket is a charming New England mill town with beautiful red brick buildings. This riverside Cafe is delightfully pleasant with delicious food and friendly wait staff. Calamari appetizer, baked haddock, roast beef sandwich.
What a surprise. first time at falls. Great old mill building right on Blackstone river. Great outdoor large patio right on river edge. Large menu selection. Very good service drinks and food. Lots of parking across street. Nice area. Several other restaurants within a block. Don't be fooled because it's woonsocket.

Amazing restaurant. Food is really delicious. They have daily specials now. I tried fried Ravioli and baked stuffed Haddock (you must try). It was cooked to perfection. Marinara sauce is homemade, and it taste perfect. Haddock was tender and stuffing was just out if the world. My server was really nice. I truly recommend this restaurant. Seems like recent 1 star reviews are fake (may be someone trying to ruin business, who knows. I will be back next week to grab Lunch Box special.
They have a new chef. The menu is much smaller. It's a 50/50 with the quality of your food. It used to be the best place for steak tips. Now, not so much. Their salads are awesome, as well as their seafood. If they have it. You have to ask the kitchen every time. My 10 year old loves the mac and cheese. It's something that is constantly good. The restaurant is clean and most of the staff is friendly with great service. They have outside dinning on a river which can be relaxing if it's not too hot out. Overall, it's enjoyable and family friendly.
My family went there today for a Father 's Day brunch. The location is a very good one, located on the banks of the Blackstone River. It is an old stone building having outdoor seating, but today was not conducive to eating outdoors. Indoors it 's fine, with industrial style exposed HVAC ducting. There were seven of us in our group. There wasn 't a big crowd. They have an extensive brunch/lunch menu. We all ordered, including three children. The adult beverages were OK, but drinks didn 't arrive together, with some taking much longer to be served. Kids ordered food off the children 's menu, and their food seemed good. But not many of the adults ' meals were. Two chicken dishes were very under-cooked and inedible. One Mexican meal was soaked through with sauce, not very good. Two omelette dishes were dry and almost seemed to be pressed flat. Home fries which accompanied each dish were bone-dry, and seemed to be machine-cut dice-sized pieces. On the other hand, my steak tips and eggs with eggs was good. The steak was cooked as I had ask for. So I was the only adult at the table who left the place happy. Lots of my family 's meals were left on their plates. I don 't like giving bad reviews. Take a look at my review history. But when I give Google a review I calls 'em as I sees 'em. We probably won 't be back. It 's too bad, too, because the atmosphere is terrific.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication with management... Made reservations 3 weeks in advance for a party of 10. Was informed after arriving and being seated that this was their 1st weekend serving brunch from 10am-3pm. No option changes allowed!!!! Our reservation was for 1:30pm no one expected to eat breakfast AGAIN . DID ANYONE in the entire establishment think to call to inform people NO
We went to a graduation party in the event room downstairs. Great size for the amount of people that were there.the food was amazing! Drinks were good and the staff were excellent. The atmosphere there is relaxing and the scenery outside is beautiful (considering the area it's in, it was still beautiful and relaxing! We also had a buffet style meal. Tortellini, grilled chicken with cheese, anti pasto , salad and the garlic bread was DELISH!

**Service:** Dine-in **Meal type:** Lunch **Price per person:** $10–20 **Food rating:** 4 **Service rating:** 3 **Atmosphere rating:** 4 **Parking:** Plenty of parking available **Parking options:** Free parking lot
The service was enjoyable, the food was average, and the atmosphere could use some improvement. However, it was a pretty good experience overall. Price per person: $20–30. Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 2/5.
The restaurant boasts a remarkable industrial ambiance, offering outstanding food and service at an excellent price. Both the food and service, along with the atmosphere, deserve an impeccable rating of 5.
River Falls is a typical family restaurant that often serves mediocre food, especially during busy times when it seems watered down. Additionally, they contribute to pollution in the Blackstone River by allowing their trash to blow away. Overall, it reflects poorly on the town. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. The meals we received were completely different from what we ordered, and we have no intention of returning. They repeatedly served us the wrong dishes.
This restaurant is not what it used to be. I visited on a Saturday night at 5:00 PM, and they had run out of fried clams, prime rib, baked stuffed shrimp, and iced tea. I had to choose something I wasn't really in the mood for. The food I did have was good, but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I don’t think I’ll go back, especially since there are better options nearer to Riverside.
