Original House Of Pizza - Woonsocket

NOT ORDER OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a simple cheese pizza and some pommes and it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The frits were so dirty and the BBQ sauce was diluted. The pizza was burned, hard like a rock, cheese was hard and overall the pizza tasted old!!!! Didn't even taste like pizza. The manager is RUDE and did not want to correct the situation. He offered to make another pizza, but wanted me to pick her up and blame Door Dash for the spoiling of the food. And then he finally hung up the phone on me!!! I will never order from here again!!!

The pizza sauce lacks flavor and are bland. Try adding some more vinegar, salt, garlic, sugar, and spices to spruce it up. The toppings are too soft and mushy you can't find them anymore. This happenings when they are cooked for too long or sliced up too thin. The dough could be a little bit more chewy. Try playing around with different flours to get the protein right. I will return to later on to see any improvements.

I carefully read reviews prior to trying a new restaurant and although I've lived in Woonsocket for 3 years, I have avoided this place due to how many bad reviews it has gotten. My boyfriend however, ordered here the other day and told me I should give it a shot. We ordered from here tonight and it will be the last. I ordered online at 7:27pm and the food arrived after about an hour. The delivery driver accidently dropped part of our order onto the porch accidents happen, but when they say its going to be remade and delivered to you, you'd think that it would be made a priority. Unfortunately, after two phone calls to them, at 9:45pm it still hasn't arrived. Over two hours after the original order was placed and there's been no offer of a refund. Not sure who wants to eat dinner at 10pm on a Sunday night, but we certainly don't. Trust the negative reviews. Never again.

I?m so sick of going back and forth with the quality of their food. I ordered a basic salad and it was made wrong. I got potato skins that are so burnt I don?t even want them anymore. I used to love this place. But within the last year I?m not really sure what?s going on but quality of food has gone down fast.

Called and ordered for pick up, when my stepdad got there to get the subs they gave him the wrong order. They had called me once and I missed a call, when I called back they refuse to deliver the correct food due to me not answering the call even though they are the one that gave us the wrong order. The girl who answered also told us that she would have it delivered in the owner refused.
