They gave me the wrong items but it was still good so I didn't complain I just kept it and ate what they gave me.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances are wheelchair accessible and the tables are low enough to fit the wheelchair under it if you choose to eat inside. Every time I visit this McDonald's, I encounter problems. The customer service is terrible. I waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and once I reached the window, my food sat there for an additional 5 minutes while the drive-thru employee chatted with a coworker instead of giving me my order. This McDonald's is so inconsistentOne day I'll get great food and the next day my fries are ice cold and my burger is missing ingredients.
I ordered one McDouble the sign said $1.69 they tried charging me $1.89 plus tax yes it is only $0.20 but is the fact and the manager did not care.
Not one of my favorite McDonald's to go to.
I don't work for the company so when 2 employees get into a dispute, my name should not be involved and when I complained to the headquarters they told me because the dispute started between 2 employees then one of them should call and complain and that doesn't make sense, if my name got brought into it then I should have the right to complain about my name being brought into it when I have nothing to do with it
