Always great when I come back to Woonsocket. I always been satisfied with the pizza and grinders here. I ordered the house special pizza and it was cooked to perfection. The next night I ordered the Chicken Parmesan grinder. Very tasty with plenty of sauce. Loved it…. Highly recommend them. Prices are average and expected in today’s market. What Anthony doesn't like about Elm Street Pizza:
I’m simply unimpressed. Disappointing is a word I wouldn’t use, more like horrific. Horrifically speaking, I saw something in there that I never want to see again. The pizza. The pizza was honestly so surprising to me, I couldn’t believe it. It was DARK brown. How you may ask? Ask the chef in the back. Maybe he’s adding poop to the pizza who knows, maybe it’s their special ingredient. I hope not but please, tell me w... View all feedback.
I think if you do business in Woonsocket, then you should treat your customers with dignity and respect, after all, we are spending our money. The rude, condescending, “haughty”, “better than” behavior is completely unacceptable, and since you think yourself to be so much better than the customers you serve, perhaps it’s time for you and your antique pizza oven to go open a restaurant in that fancy town you live in. Yes, the town you live in thanks to the sub-par pizza you sell to the citizens of Woonsocket. We really need to wake up as a community. We should spend our money with businesses that have owners that live amongst us, and there are plenty who do. Not owners who only come here to take our money and treat us poorly.

A few years back I had ordered a lot of food and the order came out to almost $150 had a few people over and at the end of the order (After taking my card number and processing the order the manager asked my to show ID to the driver when he had gotten there..of course I disagreed it felt demeaning and disrespectful. He then just argued why it wasn't rather than understanding how disrespectful it appeared and finally budged not to make problem after I asked for my money back and canceled the order.I didn't do business with them for a couple years.Fast-forward to today April 2024.(supposedly under new management)I call and the owner picked up sounding overwhelmed in the process having difficulty hearing my order at the end of it I asked for the price and noted that I'd be using my card(rather than cash)he puts me on hold which is cool I hear how busy it sounds ,but then takes 3 orders before I finally hang up and call back to cancel my order.I think 3 orders are a bit ridiculous to have while not finalizing a prior customer.I'll be going to All Stars Pizza for good..Elm st is a perfect name for the NIGHTMARES I've dealt with ,with this business.
They have come a long way an are doing so much better. Better food an less drama.

Maybe he’s adding poop to the pizza who knows, maybe it’s their special ingredient. I hope not but please, tell me why it’s brown. Is it because of how I look, because my friend went there a few days before and got a great looking pizza. Mine was unpleasant and more looked like Sasquatch. Hope this helps!
