I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and got a corn muffin that was hard I asked if I could have a fresh one instead of a day old and the manager said that they were just overcooked this muffin wasn’t over cooked it was at least two days old I got home and it was so hard I could bounce it off the floor this has happened to me too many times I am done giving them my money for hard old muffins View all feedback.
Horrible customer service! Every time they I go there and they can't even get my coffee right. ? none of them have maners. Never
Hashbrown were still frozen, and wake-up wrap was burnt. Coffee was not as ordered.

Definitely one of the worst I've been too. Service was horrible. Staff was unwelcoming. No one greeting or making customers feel welcomed. Did not get my complete order. Finally asked who the manager was and she has a worse personality then the rest of the staff. Definitely one of the worse run Dunkins I've been too. Will never go back to this locationAlso reading a lot of these reviews, Good or Bad franchise Owner or management has not responded which tells me they don't care about customers they only care about the money ? ?
