When I did inquire whether there is a... read more I was waiting for at least 7 minutes with employees buzzing by me doing their best to avoid conversation and eye contact. When I did inquire whether there is a specific person who is working pick-up I was met with an attitude. The employee who finally attended me at pickup was very pleasant.

We ate quickly and left.... read more We stopped in after a concert for a quick bite. My friend had a wrap and I had a burger. Unfortunately it must have been an off night. We ate quickly and left. After speaking with management, though, I was given a gift card and assurance that it indeed was not the norm. We returned the other day for a fantastic late lunch. The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic.

When we walked in we were seated within minutes however before that my friend and I over heard on... read more My family decided to choose this Applebees tonight for dinner. When we walked in we were seated within minutes however before that my friend and I over heard one of the hosts making rude comments about how big our party was. We had eight people in the party. 4 adults and 4 kids. We were seated then ordered drinks. We did not receive drinks for almost 25 minutes. We ordered food, our appetizer came out no problem however our meals we waited for almost an hour mind you we have 4 kids with us that were hungry. And then when our food finally comes they bring the adults their food first, and then the kids. One of my kids had to wait longer than the rest after waiting almost an hour and to top it off we were seated with no utensils. So we had to wait an extra 5 minutes after that for utensils. When those utensils were brought out steak knives were placed directly in front of and within reach of my 1year old niece, had her mom not grabbed those as quickly as she did we could have needed to make a trip to the emergency room.The sizzling plate was almost dumped all over my husband’s lap.All in all very bad and disappointing experience if you decide you want to go here with a larger party than I guess what people would call usual, don’t. Try Friday’s instead. Or even Chilis.

Worst service ever our waitress forgot about us and no one came over for more then 40 minutes.
