fab bar! after eating on the road at c’est bon we finished the night in padre. Now this is a very interesting place, very melbourne and so great to see location like this in brisbane. the bar visitor/manager was very well known about his drinks and we tried armagnac, whisky and a wonderful gin that is now on the shopping list. everything on a fabulous place to fall at the end of the evening or maybe to go off at nigh... They mix a quality drink and seem to genuinely care. My wife likes to try out new (or rediscover old) drinks here, while I tend to stick to whiskey. Friendly, engaging service. Shame they don't serve some nibbles...previous kitchen burned down. View all feedback.
A lovely bar! The service is impeccable with the bar-person being very knowlegeable with drinks and happily gave recommendations. This was extremely useful given there is no drinks menu. Would be perfect if they had nibbles too. Nonetheless, a pleasant place for after-works drinks and catch ups.

Great little dive bar nestled inconspicuously amongst a row of shops/offices near the Mater.
Sweet little speakeasy bar tucked away near the mater.
