More of a shaved beef sandwich.. Given that, the portion size was quite large, tender and well seasoned and the fries (chips) were plentiful and hot. Sauces were great, too. Also, there are outdoor bistro tables for some al fresco dining.. View all feedback.

An underwhelming experience. My friends and I got two types of burgers, a wrap, thick shake and fries. All were average or poor. Black Angus burger should be called a ‘sloppy joe’: it was actually difficult to hold. The ‘fudge brownie’ thick shake was essentially...a McDonalds thick shake. Avoid. View all feedback.

There aren't many places to grab a takeaway coffee by Woolloomooloo Wharf on a late Sunday afternoon, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover an espresso machine at Smashed Burgers. The service was quick, and they were happy to refill my reusable cup for a reasonable price of $3.50. Overall, I'm a happy customer!
Great individual burger place if you want good burgers. Their Spicy chicken pieces are delicious and are in great little irregularly sized pieces. Gives a nice textural eating experience.
