Jack In The Box - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
Asked my husband and I to wait to take our order. After a solid 5 minutes they finally asked us what we wanted. The employee working was not only short with us but didn't seem to care about what was even happening. I work food service and I understand no one is happy all of the time but this was honestly upsetting. We were just trying to get some food. Food still came out okay so I'm still giving an extra star. I stopped on my way home in Jack in the box on the way home to get food for my husband (btw, it was very good! Staff are always very friendly. I drove too fast and my credit card accidentally left there. I didn't know it was missing until I needed it later in the evening, and I was French.
