Woody's Pizza - Woodvale

Great pizzas, premium, fresh ingredients, great service, on time, piping hot. my new regular pizza place

Large pizza, not oily or greasy, beautiful crust, and the ingredients were fresh with lots of ot toppings . will be back.

Terrible service. will not be ordered again. ordering a vegetarian pizza at 5:30 a.m. with a 45min waiting time at 7:15 a.m. it had not arrived yet. this is also after a phone call to follow at 18:30 clock, where it should only be said that it was on the way. this was obviously not the truth and almost 2 hours and 2 phone calls later no pizza.

My wife ordered a single pizza for dinner at 5.30 2hrs and 2 phone calls later the pizza was delivered. One suburb over from woodvale less then a 10min drive. The first call we were told it was on its way. The second call was 40 mins after the first call. During the second call the person I was speaking too was discussing their customer concerns with the manager saying I was yelling at her. I did not raise my voice and if I seemed upset it because 2 hours for one pizza is upsetting.Very poorly handled and very unprofessional.

Pizza's were delicious as usual, however the delivery time was shocking. I placed the order at 4.15pm and was given a delivery time of 75 minutes which I thought was quite long anyway given how early I'd ordered. I rang at 6pm to check on the delivery status and was told they were on their way. They arrived at 6.10 almost 2 hours after I ordered them! This is the second time the delivery has been 30min after the expected time. Very unreliable! However cannot fault the pizza's!
