Smarts Fish Chips - Woodstock

Very disappointed. The third time our order was wrong. I ordered chicken kebab with chips on the side without onion and salad and it comes both the same...just chips and chicken.I paid for and portion.The staff appologies and ask me if I want salad for one of it, I need to pay an extra just ridiculous. I will never return again

Never again, after ordering two small cod and chips at each not cheap ,i was told it would be at least a ten minute wait, good i thought will be freshly cooked. How wrong i was the fish must have been left over from at least the day before, the batter was rock hard and almost black where it had been well over cooked or reheated and this was pm on a saturday lunch time. The chips were cooked ok but were tainted. overall the staff were ok. As i live in kidlington i could not be bothered to take it back, but the next time i am in woodstock i shall be telling them how i feel. I advise you not to go there untill they improve substantialy

The fish and chips are horrible and the batter on the fish is not cooked probably and crispy. Not all the chips are cooked probably I would never recommended this fish and chips as I have had better. We had to cook this fish and chips when we got back as it was not enable to eat. We would never go back there DON'T GO THERE EVER plus it costed a lot of money for how bad the food was
