Starbucks - Feedback

What Mona B doesn't like about Starbucks:
The worse experience ever. I?m a regular customer at this location. This morning, I was in the drive through and this lady handed me my hot coffee and the lid popped open before putting it in my cup holder. It burned my hand and my leg. I was screaming for help, blowing the horn, nobody came to the window to help me. Finally she brought me some napkins and not even asking me if I was ok or need any medical attention.... This one is awesome. The team inside is always hustling to take care of customers and I've never had any issues with an order. Worst I can say is that once, when my mom was visiting us, she took my little dog inside with her and they acted like it was a big deal even though she was carrying him.
