At one point, there were four workers present, but the place was dirty, with trash everywhere, and they didn't have any ice cream for drinks. Only plain pretzels were available. The management seems to be lacking because with four workers, you'd think they could keep the place clean. I’ve found that you always seem to be out of food, regardless of whether it's the weekend or a weekday. Additionally, the staff presents a bit of an attitude about not having items available for sale, which just doesn't make any sense. It’s quite amusing, really!
The staff were wearing AirPods and seemed uninterested in engaging with customers, which felt quite unwelcoming. My dishes were undercooked, and when I asked for certain items that were listed on the menu, they informed me they didn't have them, even though it was clear they should have been available. It seemed like they just didn't want to put in the effort.
There were absolutely no pretzels I sold. The waiting period is 45 minutes. I Doubled Back Was Told You were just selling small cups. I ordered 2 Cinnamon nuggets that had no sugar... Lemonade was also not available. What a $10 waste.

On a positive note, the pretzel was as good as ever, but the overall experience was marred by the dirty environment, a broken door, and the lack of basic items like ice and a varied menu. We genuinely love this place, and we just hope they can show some care and attention to their establishment.
I stopped in the get a regular pretzel and they were only making pretzel bites. How different is it to make regular pretzels than pretzel bites. The only difference seems to be that pretzel bites cost a dollar or two more.
